Job Description – Office Boy

Designation: Office Boy
Department: Administration
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
  • Deliver and collect documents from clients, banks, government offices, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist Administration Department with daily operational requirements.
  • Support office shifting, furniture arrangement, and meeting setup.
  • Ensure office hygiene and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year UAE experience preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Well-groomed and professional attitude.
  • Honest, reliable, and punctual.
  • Familiarity with UAE locations is an advantage.
