We are looking to hire a Female Office Assistant / Receptionist who will be responsible for front desk duties, basic office administration, and office cleaning & housekeeping. This is a combined role suitable for a candidate who is organized, responsible, and willing to handle multiple office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
- Receive couriers and documents
- Provide basic administrative support
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assist office staff with routine tasks
- Maintain office supplies and stationery
- Perform office cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Clean office premises, workstations, and meeting rooms
- Clean washrooms and pantry
- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene
- Prepare tea/coffee when required
- Dispose of waste properly
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous experience as office assistant, receptionist, or cleaner is an advantage
- Ability to multitask (admin + reception + cleaning)
- Honest, disciplined, and well-organized
- Willing to handle cleaning duties including washrooms and pantry
Working Hours:
- As per company working hours (to be discussed during interview)
