Job Overview
Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a sincere and dependable Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our office in Ajman. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining an organized workplace, assisting staff with daily requirements, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments for staff, clients, and visitors
- Keep office premises, pantry facilities, and common areas clean and well-maintained
- Assist with photocopying, filing, document handling, and other basic office tasks
- Support the team with routine errands and administrative assistance when required
- Deliver or collect documents from nearby locations when assigned
- Monitor office supplies and report replenishment requirements
- Help maintain a professional and organized workplace environment
Candidate Requirements
- Honest, punctual, and responsible individual
- Ability to perform assigned tasks efficiently and independently
- Basic understanding of office cleanliness and workplace etiquette
- Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues when needed
- Good personal hygiene and professional conduct
- Previous experience in an office support role is preferred but not mandatory
Employment Details
- Salary: AED 1,000 per month
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
