Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling both administrative and operational follow-ups related to MEP maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and sending quotations to clients
  • Following up on MEP maintenance and operational works
  • Coordinating with technicians and operations team
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining records, documents, and reports
  • Handling emails and basic office correspondence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of English and Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in MEP or maintenance companies
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
