Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling both administrative and operational follow-ups related to MEP maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending quotations to clients
- Following up on MEP maintenance and operational works
- Coordinating with technicians and operations team
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining records, documents, and reports
- Handling emails and basic office correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English and Hindi (spoken & written)
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MEP or maintenance companies
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational skills
