Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Assist with scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings for staff members
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies inventory
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- Experience in the construction feild preferred
