Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong computer literacy, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining office organization and assisting with various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data entry, and collaboration with team members.
- Assist in front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Provide assistance to other staff members as required.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning documents, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable but not mandatory.
