Full job description

Adrian Enterprises is seeking a well-organized individual to fill our Front Office Assistant position. Experience not required, will be willing to train the right individual. The ideal candidate will be required to:

Answering Phones- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally answering incoming calls, addressing resident inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate person.

Email Correspondence- Manage and respond to email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.

Office Duties- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining residence to ensure smooth daily operations.

Tenant Relations- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents and addressing concerns.

SKILLS

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
