Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments for residential service calls
- Dispatch contractors and technicians while tracking job progress
- Communicate with contractors to ensure work is completed accurately and with integrity
- Monitor contractor performance and flag any issues or concerns
- Prepare and send customer proposals and estimates
- Coordinate with remote freelancers to ensure timely task completion
- Follow up with customers and contractors as needed
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and job files
- Assist with general office duties including emails, phone calls, and data entry
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable speaking confidently with contractors and asking direct questions when necessary
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, CRM or scheduling tools preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- No prior experience required — training provided
