Location: Dubai Industrial city (please consider location before applying)
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Preparing and organizing documents, files, and records
- Assisting with invoicing, basic data entry, and follow-ups
- Working with Odoo ERP system for data entry, invoicing, and basic reporting
- Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Supporting management with routine office tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Experience working with Odoo ERP (mandatory or strong advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Based in UAE or available to work in Dubai
