Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily client interaction – in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain attorney calendars
  • Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately

Required Experience:

  • Real Estate and/or Estate Planning experience a plus
  • No experience required – will train

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office efficiency
  • Great customer service skills with the ability to empathize with clients
