Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Daily client interaction – in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain attorney calendars
- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately
Required Experience:
- Real Estate and/or Estate Planning experience a plus
- No experience required – will train
Preferred Experience:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Microsoft Office efficiency
- Great customer service skills with the ability to empathize with clients
