Summit Stone is a growing boutique real estate company in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator who wants to be part of a friendly environment and grow professionally as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Support & Operations:
- Provide prompt on-site and remote technical assistance to staff for all hardware and software issues.
- Systematize and maintain the company’s technical and operational documentation (Workflow Management)
- Execute special projects and assignments as directed by the Company Director.
- Manage the CRM system, including access rights, sales funnel configuration, and third-party integrations.
- Lead Monitoring: Ensure every incoming inquiry is tracked and promptly assigned to the appropriate broker.
- Generate regular CRM activity reports and create presentations for executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of local networks, Windows/macOS ecosystems, and standard office software.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
- Multitasking & Agility: The ability to switch seamlessly between technical maintenance and business-driven lead auditing.
- Precision: High level of literacy, exceptional attention to detail, and a sense of ownership—you are the “final line of defense” against data chaos.
- Reliability: Readiness to stay connected and resolve urgent “fire-drill” situations as they arise.
