About the Role

We are seeking a professional, presentable, and proactive Office Administrator & Guest Services Executive to support daily office operations. This role combines front-of-house administration with hospitality duties to ensure a seamless experience for our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reception & Administration: Manage front desk, answer and route calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and couriers.

2. Guest Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff, management, and guests with high standards of presentation.

3. Office Support: Maintain pantry and meeting room hygiene, monitor pantry stock, and coordinate replenishment.

4. General Admin: Assist with basic administrative tasks, document filing, data entry, and ad-hoc office errands as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
