Full job description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, managing office operations, and supporting internal departments to ensure smooth business functioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Manage office supplies and inventory; liaise with vendors when needed
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails in a professional manner
  • Support HR or accounts departments with basic documentation, if required
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the office
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff

Requirements:

  • Must be available in Dubai and ready to join immediately
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
