Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support our office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all company data and records
  • Handle client data and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Organize, file, and manage documents (physical & digital)
  • Follow up with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain records of client communications and transactions
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely reminders for documents, renewals, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
