Habana is currently seeking a friendly, professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As one of Costa Mesa’s top dining destinations, Habana transports guests to 1940s Cuba offering a vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service, and an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Summary
The Host/Hostess plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience by managing reservations, providing accurate wait times, and escorting guests to dining and bar areas. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent people skills to ensure smooth service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all guests warmly and professionally in accordance with company standards
• Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times
• Escort guests to dining and bar areas efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including guest lists and reservations
• Communicate effectively with management and service staff to ensure seamless guest flow
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by a Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Full availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
