Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts, including front desk, housekeeping, and security
• Conduct night audit procedures and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage and motivate the night shift team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Make critical decisions independently to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction
• Implement and enforce safety and security protocols during night hours
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate important information to day staff
• Monitor and optimize night shift efficiency and productivity
• Assist in training and developing night shift team members
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a flexible schedule
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Calm and composed demeanor, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Familiarity with safety and security procedures in a hotel setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
