Job Summary:
The Night Incharge is responsible for overseeing all night-shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coordination, safety, and proper closing procedures. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to handle issues independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage night-shift staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor store operations, cleanliness, and product displays throughout the night.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, cash balancing, and safe cash management.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and emergency situations professionally.
• Maintain security and safety protocols, including monitoring cameras and preventing shoplifting.
• Oversee receiving of goods (if applicable) and ensure proper storage and documentation.
• Check expiry, damage, and stock levels; report shortages or issues to the manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with the morning team for smooth handover of tasks and issues.
• Prepare night-shift reports and submit them to management.
