Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and events.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist in managing guest relations to foster repeat business and positive reviews.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Run night audit on hotel operating system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
