## Job Overview
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.

## Responsibilities
– Conduct the night audit process efficiently and accurately
– Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
– Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Process payments and maintain financial records
– Perform end-of-day procedures and generate reports for management
– Ensure the safety and security of guests during the night

## Requirements

-Driver’s license
– Previous experience in hospitality preferred
– Proficiency in front desk operations and night audit procedures
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
