We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor who thrives in a quiet, independent work environment and takes pride in getting the numbers exactly right. You’ll be the overnight backbone of the hotel—balancing the books, supporting late-night guests, and setting the next day up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Night Audit & Front Desk Support

  • Complete the nightly audit process, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balanced
  • Reconcile guest accounts, payments, and daily reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Check guests in and out as needed during overnight hours

Accuracy & Attention to Detail

  • Review and verify charges, rates, and payments
  • Catch and correct discrepancies using strong attention to detail
  • Ensure all systems and records are complete and aligned

Guest Support

  • Provide friendly, professional service to late-night and early-morning guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any concerns calmly and efficiently
  • Maintain a quiet, safe, and welcoming environment overnight

Independence & Responsibility

  • Work confidently on your own while staying organized and focused
  • Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and good judgment
  • Be a reliable presence the team can count on every shift

What the Job Is Like

This is a part-time, overnight position perfect for someone who prefers a quieter work environment and enjoys working independently.

  • 2 nights per week: Monday and Tuesday night
  • Part-time hours
  • Wage: $17–$18/hour
  • Relaxed, low-traffic environment with a focus on accuracy and responsibility
