Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the safety and security of the property. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the first point of contact for late-night guests and a key player in upholding our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, processing payments, and updating guest records accurately.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills when applicable.
• Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the hotel premises, and report any irregularities or incidents to management.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, including guest activities, financial summaries, and maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new guests and any issues are addressed swiftly.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to efficiently handle guest communications.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving concerns effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel security protocols, and resort operations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
