Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling guest inquiries with courteous phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills.
- Verify guest reservations, process payments accurately, and balance daily financial transactions to ensure all records are precise and complete.
- Conduct thorough audits of daily reports, including room occupancy, revenue summaries, and security logs to maintain operational accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, providing exceptional guest services that foster guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Prepare shift reports detailing activities, incidents, and any irregularities to facilitate smooth handovers between shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Knowledge of guest relations strategies and hotel safety protocols to enhance guest experiences while maintaining security standards.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision while remaining attentive to detail.
- Experience in resort or hotel environments that require multitasking across various administrative duties is desirable.
