Duties

- Provide information about the resort’s amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of the day.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist callers with inquiries or reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
