As a part time Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for working the front desk and performing daily closing procedures, including some accounting functions. Beyond the accounting responsibilities, you will also have the incredible opportunity to provide our valued guests with exceptional service, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary. You would work overnight shifts and should be able to cover shifts for the full-time night auditor (PTO days, etc).

About You: Someone that enjoys interacting with guests, and has a service mentality. You do not have to work with a team in order to yield results. Someone who is nocturnal.

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Check in guests overnight and answer guest’s questions or concerns as needed.
• Act as manager on duty and handle all guest issues throughout the shift.
• Partner with security to ensure safety overnight.
• Post and balance all hotel work for each day.
• Prepare restaurant & gift shop audits to break down & balance figures.
• Handle all computer end of day issues and problems that may occur.
• Reconcile credit card system to daily transaction list from rooms.

Qualifications:

• Hotel Experience: 1 year (required)
• Night Auditor Experience: 1 year (required)
• Hilton experience: 1 year (strongly preferred)
