Accent Inns, the hotel with a rubber duck in every room, is searching for a Night Auditor (Full Time) to join our flock of totally unique and fun-loving individuals at our Richmond location.

The Rebel Role
As a Nocturnal Night Auditor, you are the night-time Guest Services Agent and you look after guest services, bookkeeping, security, and so many other things.

  • You are a night-owl who loves to be awake and alive while the world is sleeping.
  • You are our first impression for guests checking in late at night and the lasting impression for early departures.
  • You greet each guest with a smile and manage guest complaints about noise, room conditions, or anything else we can help them with.
  • You problem solve and have a great sense of humour.
  • You love to work alone but value your teammates and communication.
  • You have an eye for detail and look for ways to go above and beyond to make guests experiences top notch.

What You Need

  • Availability for overnight shifts (11pm – 7am)
  • Previous overnight shift experience preferred
  • Fun loving nature
  • Easy conversationalist
  • Extra-sensory perception to how others are feeling
  • Tech-savvy systems expertise
  • Multi tasker who doesn’t crack under pressure
  • An eagle eye for details
  • Sleuth-like problem solving skills
  • Calm, cool, collected, and confident
  • Front desk or guest/customer experience preferred
