Live-In Nanny & Housekeeper

We are looking for a patient, gentle, responsible and caring person to join our household as a combined Nanny and Housekeeper.

The role will involve:

• Housekeeping: Cleaning and maintaining both the upstairs and downstairs areas of the home. Cleaning will be a substantial part of the role.
• Childcare: Spending time with the child in the afternoons, playing and interacting with him, organising his belongings, helping him get ready, showering him and supporting his daily routine.
• Pet care: Looking after our small dog, including morning and evening walks and keeping her area clean and well maintained.
• General support: Helping keep the household organised and ensuring daily routines run smoothly.

The ideal person should be calm, patient, gentle and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. A willingness to play, interact and engage with the child is very important, as he responds best to a calm and caring approach.

This is a live-in position. The successful candidate must be comfortable sharing the child’s room, as this is a requirement of the role.
