We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Driver/Technician with a valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License to support our field operations across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting tools and materials, attending service calls, performing installations and maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations using a company motorcycle to perform daily service calls.
• Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company equipment and systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and maintenance records.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Follow company safety procedures and comply with UAE traffic regulations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding daily schedules and service updates.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a technical field service or maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, ELV, CCTV, access control, networking, or related technical systems is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Familiarity with using mobile applications for reporting and communication.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to travel across the UAE.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.
