We are hiring a skilled Motor Grader Operator to perform grading and road preparation activities for infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate motor graders to level and finish surfaces.
• Perform road construction and maintenance activities.
• Create slopes, drainage channels, and road profiles.
• Read grade stakes and project drawings.
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain production targets while ensuring safety.
• Report equipment defects promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating motor graders.
• Valid operator certification.
• Experience in road construction projects.
• Strong understanding of grading techniques.
