Full job description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable MEP Helper to assist technicians in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The candidate will support installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities at project sites while ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist MEP technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment required for daily tasks.
• Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance activities.
• Help in loading, unloading, and transporting materials to work areas.
• Clean and prepare work sites before and after completion of work.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and site regulations.
• Report any site hazards, damages, or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in emergency maintenance and breakdown works when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MEP works is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or MEP field is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
