The prestigious New York Athletic Club, one of the world’s premier private clubs, is seeking a Men’s Locker Floor Attendant to provide best-in-class customer service to our Members in their locker room experience. The ideal candidate is a people person and strong communicator who thrives on forging warm professional relationships with customers and coworkers in a luxury locker room setting.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Checking in Member/guest valuables, distributing keys to Members, and retail functions including selling athletic apparel and beverages.
• Collecting and distributing laundry to Member lockers.
• Preparing weekly laundry charges.
• The candidate will be trained to shine shoes.
• Ensuring that the locker floor sport shop/check-in counter area clean at all times.
• The candidate must have customer service experience, a positive attitude, professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, excellent communicational skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
