We are recruiting for an experienced back office team member for a specialty practice in Madison and Lake Oconee, GA, preferably residing in or near the area. The new Team Member is responsible for working in a medical clinic for foot and ankle services assisting the Physician. We are looking for someone who can communicate with patients and co-workers in a professional yet friendly manner, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities for back office include: Assisting the doctor with patients, patient vitals, patient charts, and helping with DME supplies. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, can multi-task, ability to learn and follow policies and procedures, and provide 5-star service to our patients.

Preferred experience:

• Background in reflexology, laser therapy, and/or nail technician (Certification required: Georgia cosmetology / Nail Technician License)
• Ability to assist the Physician / Medical Assistant with patients and office flow between clients
• Ability to interact directly with patients
• Knowledge of specialty (or specialties) as appropriate
• Excellent Prioritization and Time Management skills
• Excellent Collaboration and Teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
• Ability to concentrate and work independently
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to understand and apply relevant legal concepts (e.g., confidentiality).
