Mosaic Health (located in Rushville) has an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant.

Duties to include, but not limited to: obtaining and documenting medical history from patient into the Electronic Health Record (EHR); measuring and recording vital signs; collecting specimens, including blood draws; completing pre-visit planning; interacting and taking phone calls from patients, pharmacies, labs etc; and providing clinical assistance as required. Prior experience in phlebotomy is preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with no late night requirements.

Education/Experience:

· Medical Assistant Certification preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent

· One year of related work experience
