Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Support clients with travel arrangements and itinerary coordination.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, agencies, and corporate groups.
  • Deliver presentations to B2B and B2C customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel and tourism sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering memorable travel experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with regional tourist destinations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English.
