Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Support clients with travel arrangements and itinerary coordination.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, agencies, and corporate groups.
- Deliver presentations to B2B and B2C customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel and tourism sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and delivering memorable travel experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with regional tourist destinations.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English.
