We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build Revolut’s brand globally. You’ll oversee campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that bring our features to life.

  • Building the Revolut brand into a global household name, driving brand consistency and adoption around the world
  • Driving brand strategy to increase both awareness and consideration among different audiences
  • Collaborating with world-class brand agencies to execute marketing campaigns and activations
  • Building scalable processes to define strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging frameworks
  • Setting a consistently high bar for content quality across marketing assets and events, including on-site execution, and evaluating performance across metrics
  • Consulting local marketing and partnerships on brand execution in their markets

What you’ll need

  • Expertise in global brand marketing or brand strategy, building awareness of brands that people love
  • A track record of marketing excellence, having led cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented, and evaluated
  • Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly improve marketing strategy
  • Impeccable relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendor, and stakeholders
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient production solutions
