As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and execute an integrated annual marketing plan with the Marketing & Communications Director, aligned with commercial strategy, revenue objectives, and optimised budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- Lead and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent execution, strong performance, and full compliance with brand standards across all touchpoints.
- Manage and optimise the hotel’s digital ecosystem (social media, CRM, CMS, and performance marketing) to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion, alongside high-quality content production aligned with brand positioning.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance against KPIs and budgets, using insights, testing, and data-driven optimisation to continuously improve results and inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR & Communications, Sales, F&B, and other departments to deliver integrated initiatives and maximise commercial impact across all business units.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and trends, while managing external agencies and developing team members to ensure innovation, high-quality delivery, and sustained performance.
As a Marketing Manager, we expect from you:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, luxury brands, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market, with proven expertise in digital strategy and performance marketing.
- Well-developed sense of brand image and visual identity, with hands-on experience managing content production, photoshoots, and creative assets.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Highly organised with strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
