Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient appointments and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners.
  • Promote the medical center’s services through direct marketing and business development activities.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
