Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient appointments and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners.
- Promote the medical center’s services through direct marketing and business development activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
