Title: Marketing Executive – Food & Beverages

Overview: Dynamic Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the food and beverages sector, skilled in social media strategy, design, and photography. Able to craft compelling brand stories and drive measurable results across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Branding
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns to achieve company goals.
  • Coordinate design, content, and production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, menus, digital assets, etc.).
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Manage the company website updates and SEO performance.
  • Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Create visually compelling content (graphics, short videos, photography) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product, culinary, and sales teams to support launches and promotions.
  • Manage content calendars, asset production, and posting schedules.
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), analyze insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Support brand storytelling across digital touchpoints, including website, email, and packaging.
  • Stay current with market trends, competition, and platform best practices.
  • Events & Promotions
  • Assist in planning and executing events, collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Liaise with event organizers, media partners, and influencers for brand exposure.
  • Support the operations team in launching seasonal promotions, new product introductions, or special offers.
  • Public Relations & Communication
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and communication materials.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and key partners.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative content production.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategy improvements.
  • General/Cross-Functional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on launches and promotions.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to testing new channels, formats, and messaging to optimize return on investment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in marketing within food & beverages or a closely related field
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and analytics (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Solid design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and basic, high-quality photography
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, content planning, and project management
  • Creative, collaborative, and able to work across cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

Preferred:

  • Experience with brand identity, packaging, or restaurant/hospitality brands
  • Knowledge of photography basics, lighting, and post-production workflows
