The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. This role assists with coordinating campaigns, managing marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and assets
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing activities
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications
- Track and compile basic campaign data and reports
- Assist with events, promotions, and other marketing activities as needed
- Conduct basic market research
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of marketing or administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms
- Experience working with vendors or agencies
