Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Agency Coordinator with strong Ads & Marketing experience to join our growing team. This role will serve as the key link between internal teams and external marketing agencies, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, and tracking marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage communication between the company and external marketing agencies
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives
- Assist in campaign strategy development and performance optimization
- Analyze marketing data and suggest improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or agency management
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with multiple agencies or managing cross-channel campaigns
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
