In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital learning strategy, including design principles, technology architecture and governance frameworks.
- Manage proof of concept and learning technology pilots.
- Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital learning solutions that support business, regulatory and operational needs.
- Proactively manage stakeholders and partner with global technology vendors to ensure effective implementation of our solution.
- Provide expert advice and counsel, as required, to the business and HR on digital learning opportunities and emerging trends (e.g., AI, VR/AR, adaptive learning).
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous growth.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent, Masters level qualification would be an asset.
