GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Perform all job related duties in a timely and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Organization of male guest grooming area, relaxation and locker areas, Aqua Garden, horizon Patio and Renewal Retreat
• Issue robes, slippers and lockers to all male guests
• Stock and replenish all guest and professional supplies including the removal of used linen to appropriate storage areas.
• Provides prompt and courteous service to each guest
• Maintains open communication with management and co-workers
• Informs Management of guest concerns, safety concerns and maintenance issues
• Assists co-workers at all times, continuously providing teamwork
• Performs functions which require organization, speed, standing, bending, reaching, turning, lifting items
• Performs all job specific duties
• Maintains and clean and neat work area
• Answer guest questions about The Lodge at Woodloch in general.
• Watch for potential safety hazards and react to them.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job requires no supervisory responsibilities.
