Client Support Specialist – Active Care & Mobility Support:
Senior Helpers McKinney is hiring a dependable caregiver for an active, hands-on role supporting a client who requires mobility assistance and daily living support at home. This is not a sit-down companion position. We are seeking someone reliable who is comfortable taking responsibility during their shift, staying active, and maintaining a safe and structured environment for the client.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 paid biweekly. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, as well as ongoing paid training’s and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Lifting if needed
• Provide mobility, walking support throughout the home, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and keep the environment safe and clean
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders and other daily needs
• Comply with all the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Respect and maintain clients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Accompany clients with appointments and errands
• Engage client in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Complete accurate care documentation

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Male caregiver
• Must have 2 years of professional, verifiable, experience working with seniors.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical support tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills
