Maintenance Technician (a.k.a. The Fixer Who Keeps Everything Running Smoothly)

Behind every great guest experience is someone making sure everything works exactly as it should—and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a part-time, hands-on, motivated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in fixing things before anyone notices they were ever broken. From squeaky hinges to complex systems, you’re the person who keeps our hotel safe, functional, and looking its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

General Maintenance

• Tackle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Perform minor carpentry and painting work
• Troubleshoot issues and apply strong critical thinking skills to resolve them efficiently
• Take on additional tasks as needed—no two days are the same

Preventative Maintenance

• Stay ahead of problems by completing scheduled maintenance tasks
• Inspect the property and report potential issues before they escalate
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other everyday essentials

Facility Support

• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and ready for action
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment
