Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities across our facilities and retail locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, managing contractors, ensuring facility standards are maintained, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our business locations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys balancing field-based responsibilities with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across company facilities and retail locations.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure facilities are maintained to company standards.
• Liaise with shopping mall management teams and external stakeholders when required.
• Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or maintenance supervision.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Background in retail, commercial facilities, fit-out, décor, or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Willing to spend approximately 70% of working time on-site and 30% in office-based coordination activities.
