Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities are maintained to high standards, managing maintenance teams, and coordinating repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance activities across assigned buildings
• Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works are carried out properly
• Conduct regular inspections and identify issues proactively
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
• Handle tenant complaints related to maintenance and resolve them promptly
• Maintain records of maintenance work and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP)
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Relevant technical diploma or certification
