Full job description

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities across assigned sites (residential and commercial).
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks including irrigation checks, pruning, fertilization, pest control, turf care, and seasonal planting.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of irrigation systems, lighting systems, and water features.
• Monitor plant health and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Manage and lead maintenance teams to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare maintenance reports and site condition updates.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancement and improvement works.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in landscape maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, turf management, and pest control.
• Experience handling residential and commercial maintenance contracts.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
