We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and within the required timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance, fit-out, and renovation activities
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare work schedules, reports, and material requests
• Manage manpower allocation and productivity
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance, fit-out, or renovation projects
• Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• GCC experience is an advantage
• Valid driving license is a plus.
