We are seeking an experienced and proactive Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of residential and commercial landscape projects across the UAE. The role involves leading field teams, ensuring high-quality landscape upkeep, managing client relationships, controlling operational costs, and maintaining service excellence in line with company standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, supervise, and motivate gardeners, supervisors, and maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow and manpower utilization.
• Monitor team performance, discipline, and productivity to meet operational targets.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and skill development for team improvement.

Landscape Maintenance Operations

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of residential, commercial, and community landscape projects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs.
• Ensure proper care of plants, turf, irrigation systems, and all landscape elements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.

Client Management & Coordination

• Liaise with clients, property owners, and facility managers to understand requirements and expectations.
• Address client concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations.

Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

• Manage site budgets and ensure effective cost control across maintenance operations.
• Monitor utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Prepare regular reports on site performance, maintenance activities, and progress updates.
• Support seasonal planning and long-term landscape health strategies.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with quality standards and UAE HSE regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and site audits to maintain service excellence.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental practices across all sites.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall landscape aesthetics.

Vendor & Operational Support

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and maintenance resources.
• Support procurement requirements related to maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or facilities management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of maintenance planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites effectively.
