Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Foreman to supervise daily maintenance activities, manage site technicians and skilled workers, and ensure that all maintenance and repair works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.

The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, good leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance works, including civil, carpentry, gypsum board, painting, tiling, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Assign tasks to technicians and skilled workers and monitor their performance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets approved specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and facility management teams regarding maintenance requests and site activities.
• Identify maintenance issues and arrange the necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare daily work reports, manpower schedules, and material requests.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Manage maintenance materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and report site issues, delays, and additional work requirements to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or facility maintenance.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of civil and general building maintenance works.
• Ability to supervise technicians, carpenters, masons, painters, and other maintenance workers.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand work specifications.
• Candidates with experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or residential maintenance projects will be preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance activities and work under pressure.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,300.00 per month
