Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators with hands-on experience in paper bag or paper napkin manufacturing. The candidate must be capable of operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines while ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor paper bag or paper napkin manufacturing machines efficiently.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as per production requirements.
• Ensure continuous production with minimum machine downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor raw material feeding and machine performance during production.
• Identify and report machine faults or production issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
• Record daily production output and machine performance data.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience operating paper bag manufacturing machines for the Paper Bag Operator role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating paper napkin manufacturing machines for the Paper Napkin Operator role.
• Good knowledge of machine settings, troubleshooting, and production processes.
• Ability to handle machine adjustments and basic preventive maintenance.
• Experience in a paper converting, packaging, or tissue manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
